Abstract: The purpose of the study was to investigate the availability and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the Teaching and Learning of Computer Science in Secondary Schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. This study employed a descriptive survey research design. The target population of this study was made up of all the students from 387 secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The accessible population was all the students from nine (9) secondary schools drawn via simple random sampling technique. The sample for the study constituted 280 students and 33 teachers from schools that offer Computer Science as a subject at the Cameroon General Certificate of Education examination. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires designed for secondary school teachers and students.
