Abstract: There have been many studies examining Islamic organizational culture but are still limited to the level of concept. Only a little research on Islamic organizational culture has carried out research to prove empirically whether an organization has implemented Islamic culture optimally. Meanwhile, the Islamic organizational culture at the Islamic University in Pekanbaru City has not been so concretely seen. This study analyzes the factors that influence organizational culture in an Islamic perspective at Islamic University in Pekanbaru City. The research method in this dissertation uses multiple linear regression and integrates it with the process of Interaction, Integration, and Evolution (IIE) in the concept of Tawhidi String Relation (TSR).
